Elixir Managing Director Dale here. I am very pleased to welcome you to our new website and the first post of our brand new blog!
We will be updating regularly with news and behind the scenes details of current and future projects that we’re working on.
The portfolio section of the new website is fully updated with videos that reflect some of our work from the past two years. This includes two feature length documentaries that we’ve recently finished and very proud of; Vegas2Venice and Broadland Pike.
We are currently putting the finishing touches to a documentary short/promotional video made for Dandy Horse Coffee House, one of the newest (and tastiest) coffee houses in Norwich.
In addition to this we have recently started work on a new feature length documentary. The as yet untitled film will explore the controversial world of cannabis activists and the use of cannabis for medicinal purposes in the UK. Look out for the additional blog post on this with more info.
In the meantime though you can read below about Republic; a short film we recently produced with writer/actor Ben Seager.
If you haven’t already take a look at our fab new 2013 showreel and let us what you think in the comments section below. It encompasses some of the brilliant projects we’re lucky to have been a part of.
Many thanks for taking the time to visit. Come on back,
Dale - @elixirmediaprod
Republic – Act III Scene IV tells the story of an unwelcome visitor who haunts a troubled bride-groom on the eve of his nuptial day.
We shot back in June in the beautiful and atmospheric surroundings of the Henry Tudor House in Shrewsbury. A huge thank you must go out to the venue for hosting us. Also to my partner in crime Ross Hagan for assisting and taking some amazing photos. Also to our friend and regular collaborator Tom Martin from Fast Forward Media for his invaluable help and camera work.
Republic will be available to view soon.
